Meet The Founder!

Hi, I’m Aisha “Sheree” Garnett, owner and Master Certified Wedding & Event Planner and designer of Sheree Amour Weddings & Event Planning. What began as a hidden talent for creating unforgettable events quickly turned into a passion-driven career, leading me to earn my certification through the nation’s leading program, The CWP Society.

Before launching my business, I spent several years in public and media relations, working with CBS/CW 50 Detroit and later with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, DC. Through these roles, I developed strong communication, leadership, and event coordination skills while serving diverse communities and organizations.

Fueled by my passion for excellence, I earned my MBA in Hospitality Management and founded Sheree Amour Weddings & Event Planning. My love for celebrations, romance, and elegance drives my commitment to transforming each client’s vision into a beautifully executed and memorable experience.

I’ve proudly served on the CWP Society Conference Committee, Advisory Board, and as a Certified Educator, Industry Advancement Director, and podcast host. I’m also honored to hold the title of the CWP Society’s 2025 Wedding Planner of the Year.

In addition to running my wedding and event planning business, I am also the founder of the "Xclusive Gift Box"created exclusively with the wedding and event planner professionals and their clients in mind. Finally, you can get to know me through my personal blog "Aisha Garnett".

It's my pleasure to introduce myself to you as the Associate Certified Wedding Planner here at Sheree Amour Weddings & Event Planning. I'm also certified through The Certified Wedding Planner Society and I serve as the Associate Coordinator by spearheading weddings and events throughout Michigan and beyond. Creativity is my forte' and passion...So, now that you know a little bit more about me...Let's get started on the most amazing event!
